Refund policy

First, If you have the need to consider refunds or returns you likely ordered a product from us which means we owe you a big “Thank You”.
Nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy Rudels customers and as such we will do our utmost to deliver an amazing product & customer experience and rest assured to make right of any hiccups along the way. That said here are some details you need to know about our returns & refund policy before purchasing Rudels Luxury Slippers.

Returns
We accept returns within 30 calendar days from date of purchase, You can return unopened or unused items in the original packaging undamaged within the 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time weather you are entitled to a refund or exchange.
We will if agreed refund your purchase cost and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exceptions
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale or complementary items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We only exchange products if in the 15 day purchasing period & defective, damaged or incorrect size/fit.
In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective or damaged you should promptly contact us @ Rudels.Luxury.Slippers.com with details, A email photo would be ideal if suitable.
Upon receipt of the returned product we will fully examine and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time weather you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible we will send a replacement product in a timely manner.

Sale or complementary items are non-exchangeable.

Shipping

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charge for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the person who purchased our item or products. You are responsible for any loss or damage to item / products or packaging during shipment after 15 days of purchase.

Delivery cost will be refunded if insured, notified by email, packaging & product in acceptable condition within 15 days of purchase.
